ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONS
Are you the primary carer of a baby with a cleft lip or cleft palate?
Does this baby take bottle feeds?
Do you agree to trial the new Sepal Specialty Feeding System for bottle feeds for this baby for a duration of 2 weeks?
Do you agree to provide feedback on your experience of using this new feeding product (email, questionnaire)?
Do you consent to Sepal sending you trial products to your nominated delivery address?
Do you consent to Sepal sending you questionnaires, notifications and product information to your nominated email address?
