How do you suggest cleaning our Sepal baby products?
Sepal teats & bottles have been developed for single use in hospitals, but they are also suitable for re-use at home.
Most of our product sets (all but the 3 Pack Teats) will come with loose bottles and teats that will need to be sterilised before use. Our 3 Pack Teats are individually wrapped in protective packaging, and these are ready to go, you don't need to sterilise first.
Before Use: be sure to thoroughly clean and sterilise the bottle and teat is reusing.
After Use: wash in warm water and detergent and rinse.
What are the best options for sterilising our Sepal baby bottles & teats?
For home use, cold water sterilisation is the preferred method (using a product like Milton solution). UV and Steam sterilisation are also acceptable.
Sepal bottles only may be boiled.
Sepal teats should not be boiled because direct high heat can adversely affect the shape of our recyclable material.
Between use, store sepal products in a clean dry container at room temperature away from direct sunlight or heat. Additional information can be found in the Care & Use Instructions or our FAQs - both are available on our website.
